Travel back with me in time when I was 11 years old. My tough but loving father who always seemed to have a knack for captivating any audience looked at me in the eye and said – “son, whenever you are in any public meeting, raise your hand and speak. I had my blue folder, which I raised up and down as I delivered a passionate presentation.
